‘Natura Class’ international academy offers  diploma courses for natural therapies and beauty credited  by ITEC   and FENACO (Homologation number: 2006.29.147) and the academy is approved college by the Junta de Andalucia (College number: 85559). 

The academy is part of the Mistiyan Naturaclass S.L Company which is the managing company for  16 wellbeing centres and massage sites from in hotels from Nerja to Estapona.  The company is also collaborating with local SPAs and with the cruise company Steiner

The company is giving the students priority in job positions upon completion of a foundation course.

Courses are available in English or in Spanish and some are subsidized by government and EU funds.

I thank you for giving me the opportunity to work during summer.  My workplace was a 4 star hotel with sea view.  You assigned me there because I speak 4 foreign languages + only a little bit of Spanish, and it was a good place to use them all daily.
You gave me working hours and days which made it possible for me to also deal with school hours for my daughter.
 
Working as a junior massage therapist can be quite tough.  Don't under estimate massageing 6 hours outside in the summer heat, trying to keep flies and ants away from the site. But most of the days, people were ligning up to have massages, over and over again, and the thankful smile on their faces because you took away that painful tension in their muscles,  gave me the greatest feeling of satisfaction at the end of each day. I have grown so much in the understanding of tension and malfunctions in the human body. The 5 months have matured me to a high level of professionalism. 
 
For me this was the best and fastest enrollment towards doing massages as a real profession I could ever think of.

Having being a massage therapist for many years in the U.K , i was proud to have the opportunity to come out to Spain and work for Mistiyan.
To anyone who wants the experience of working in Spain go for it ! You not only have the sunshine , beaches but most importantly a very friendly group of resident massage therapists and teachers who are there to make you feel at home .
I never had an immediate Job when i came out to Spain, but after an interview with Alon was to open up my life and work  experiences working outdoors poolside with holiday makers from 3 or 4 star hotels from all different parts of the globe. 
I was worried that not speaking the Spanish language would be a problem but Alon puts you in a hotel that will work best for you . As for me i was placed at The Palmasol in Benalmadena which was a good mix of U.K , German , French , Dutch and Spanish .
If you are thinking of working or training to become a massage therapist  in Spain take the opportunity for a summer season and i promise you fun , laughs , new friends and a decent wage .
It can be hard work in the heat but the rewards are worth it and at the end of the day you have the whole evening to relax by the beach and drink a glass of wine .
If you always wanted to travel away from the U.K don't think about it do it . If you have a friendly personality , work well with people and want to get on in your Massage career do it . I haven't regretted a day since i came here on May 19th 2008 .
You can make Spain your home or just have the experience of working for a summer season for this well established 5 star company !

Dear Alon,

This is just a quick note to say a big thank you for the work you provide your students at Terapia del Sol. Since qualifying at Mistiyan College in Swedish massage, Reflexology, and Indian Head massage, I have been working at several hotels in Marbella giving treatments to clients by the pool. The experience was fantastic ! Not only was I able practice and develop my skills, but I could also work outside in the beautiful hotel gardens under the sun! I found the experience extremely valuable, and feel privileged to have been given this opportunity, as there are very few massage schools who provide their students with work once they qualify. However, most importantly I found the work incredibly rewarding. It was lovely to be able to see my clients leaving much happier, and more relaxed after their treatments. I will continue to further my knowledge in complimentary therapies, and I hope to take a course in sports massage next year. For anyone who is thinking of studying at Mistiyan, I can assure you that the courses are well structured, and the teachers are very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful time, and met some lovely people, many of whom have become very good friends.

Just wanted to write and say thank you for a great summer!
Having gained my ITEC and FENACO qualifications with Mistiyan, I felt it was really important to get some work experience. Working with Terapia Del Sol has given me the opportunity to gain experience, increase my knowledge and meet some wonderful people at the same time.

I am looking forward to returning to Terapia Del Sol next summer - and hope to continue my education with Mistiyan in the future.

I just thought I would drop you a quick line to say how much I have enjoyed training and working with Mistiyan and Terapia Del Sol.

When I came for an interview last year I immediately had a good feeling about the centre and as it turned out my intuition was spot on!! After booking on to your Holistic Practitioners course (which in my opinion was extremely reasonable pricewise) I started learning the holistic massage and continued with reiki and reflexology. I really liked the way the classes were structured and was very impressed by the teaching and professionalism of the school. I found some great friends, who I am still in contact with, as well as finding myself on a spiritual level. So for that THANKYOU!!

When I had completed my courses, I was very pleased that there was no pressure to work for Terapia del Sol, but when I decided that this was the route I would like to take it turned out to be a great decision. The opportunity to work within a company but still feel as though it was for myself was excellent. I really liked the fact that I could chose my own hours to fit in with my family commitments. Working by the swimming pool in the hotels was a lovely enviroment, and having different clients each week gave me more experience as a therapist and therefore more confidence in what I was doing. The room service therapies also worked for me as I felt more at ease knowing that the clients had already been vetted and that the boss and the hotel staff knew where I was and with who. I felt safe!

In the time I worked for your company I earned great money for doing a job that I love, in a fantastic environment and I just wanted to say thanks for everything and that I will miss it alot.

I thought I would write you a quick email to say thanks for the past year, working with terapia del sol has given me so much experience and I really think you need that before going out in the big wide world. The hotels were fantastic and the views were second to none, working outside by the pool looking out at the sea it really was an amazing experience and there was the added bonus of earning good money in the summer.
