Terms and conditions

• Treatments are assured only if booked before 6 pm for the following day.

• Treatments must be paid in full at the hotel reception or to MISTIYAN.SL by credit card at the time of booking.

• If you are a hotel guest, please make sure the hotel receptionist gives you a voucher for the treatment and hand it over to the therapist.

• If you are a resident you will receive a confirmation letter to be handed to the therapist.

• Please inform the therapist of any health problems that may be affected by the treatment.

• Cancellation:
• Treatment that has been cancelled a day before the due time up till 6 pm- no charge.
• After that, treatment that has been cancelled on the same day or if the client is not in the room at the time of the treatment – full charge.
• If the therapist is late by more then 1/2 hour then the client can cancel the treatment and re-book it or get a full refund.
• If the treatment is cancelled by the therapist due to the above contraindications – 25% charge.
• Please note that our treatments are totally professional, in a simple word we do not give sex service of any sort. Please avoid improper suggestions to the therapist or your treatment will be cancelled and you will pay in full!!
